Privacy policy

This policy explains what Quantum Rack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Quantum Rack", "we", "us") collects when you use our website, VPN network, or advisory services, and how that information is handled.
Zero-log network policy. Our VPN gateways and privacy-relay nodes do not log connection timestamps, source IP addresses, traffic contents, or DNS queries. Aggregate, anonymized load and latency metrics are retained for capacity planning only.
Information we do collect. When you submit the contact form, request a consultation, or sign a services agreement, we collect the information you provide directly — name, company, work email, phone number, and the content of your message — solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver contracted services.
How we use it.
- To respond to consultation and quote requests
- To provision and administer VPN, AI monitoring, or GrapheneOS services under a signed agreement
- To send service and security notices relevant to your account
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory record-keeping obligations
What we don't do. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share client information with third parties except where a subprocessor is required to deliver the contracted service (for example, underlying cloud infrastructure providers) or where required by law.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by writing to privacy@quantumrack.io.
Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Quantum Rack website and, together with a signed order form or master services agreement, your use of our VPN lease, AI predictive model, GrapheneOS deployment, corporate privacy protection, risk architecture analysis, and consulting services.
Service delivery. Specific service levels, node counts, response-time SLAs, and pricing are defined in your order form or master services agreement, not on this website. Figures shown on the pricing page are indicative starting rates.
Acceptable use. VPN and network services may not be used to violate applicable law, to distribute malware, or to attack third-party systems. Quantum Rack reserves the right to suspend service for accounts found in violation.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Rack's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat holding exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a signed master services agreement.
